The life of a teacher

I can honestly say teaching has been great so far, but also a surprise. I had no idea how much work goes into not just planning and giving lessons but then grading them!
Oh and did I mention, at the end of the day, my throat hurts and I can barely speak because I've taught for so long!

Here is a little picture peek into my life...

And just about when I finish grading another assignment....there's more!

But teaching also has its rewards:)
I love knowing that I'm making a difference!

I know that if I touch just one life through my student teaching experience, it will be worth it.

  3. Stumbled upon your blog today and was so happy to find a fellow English teacher! I currently teach tenth and eleventh grade English. I can relate to your post so much. It is SO fun but also SO exhausting. Half of the time I come home and just sit on the couch and stare at the wall because that is all the energy that I have left! Also, I LOVE that scripture that you posted from thessalonians about living a quiet life. BEautiful thoughts on your blog!
