Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

This is seriously the easiest (but tastiest) dinner you will ever make! In fact, next to my chicken pot pie, I think this may be my hubby's favorite:)
I'm lucky it only takes about 10 minutes to prepare!

Here's what you need:

1 1/2 cups of cubed chicken (give or take a little depending on how much you like chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup of sour cream
1 package of Uncle Ben's wild rice blend (you can use the microwave or stovetop version)
3/4 cup Crushed crackers
1 TBSP melted butter

1. Cook/heat the wild rice blend
2. Mix the chicken, soup, sour cream, and rice together in a bowl.
3. Pour into an 8" square baking dish
4. Mix the crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top
5. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Super easy right? Serve it warm and eat some for me! I love it;)

  1. whoah! that sounds so easy I think I can make it! Excited to try it, thanks for the recipe! I'll let you know how it turns out - hopefully I can post a blog about it :)

  2. Very nice blog. I am following you now. Please drop by to Carole's Chatter and check it out. You might like my Food on Friday series which focuses on a different ingredient. Last week it was Berries and Currants. This week it is pork. If you like my blog it would be great if you followed me back. Have a good week.

  3. If I make it, I'll be sure to invite you and your family for dinner
