All About Apples

Wondering what's been cooking up at the life of Faith?

Lots n' lots of apples!

Last weekend I made my first of probably many visits to the apple orchard with Nicole!

 YUM!
Oh and get this. There were 2 random goats out in the apple orchard just roaming around! Made for a fun time apple picking:)
We even had some time to take a few "bump" pictures;)

Isn't she a great photographer? I think so:)

Well, I came home with about 6-7 pounds of yummy apples. Now, there was no way my husband and I were going to eat that many apples before they went bad. So, when my husband asked me, "what in the world are you going to do with all those apples?", I put myself up to the challenge of using ALL of those apples in a week.
Ladies and gentlemen, I am happy to let you know that there is only 1 apple remaining
and I will eat it right now if you're going to get technical!

Here is a preview of what I made from my apples and what recipes you have to look forward to over the next few weeks.

Apple Strudel Muffins

I'm looking forward to sharing an apple recipe with you every week for at least the next four weeks! So stay tuned!!

  8. haha, that's quite the "apple challenge"! That apple strudel recipe looks really good! Unfortunately, where we live, Apple are insanely expensive this year, so we won't be eating many this fall!
